Chorizo Queso Dip

Out of this world chorizo queso dip you'll be surprised by how easy this is to make!


Ingredients:
- 1 pound chorizo sausage (casings removed)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or a Mexican blend)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (10 oz) drained diced tomatoes and green chilies (like Rotel)
- 1 tablespoon Ray Ray's Signature Taco
- Salt and pepper to taste
- diced green onion for garnish
- Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the skillet with the chorizo.
3. Stir in the shredded cheese gradually, mixing until melted and smooth.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and green chilies, and Ray Ray's Signature Taco. Mix until well combined and heated through.
5. Garnished with green onion and serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
