Korean BBQ Ribs

Prep Time: 15 min (plus overnight marinade)

Cook Time: 30 min

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions:

1. **Make the Marinade:** In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and gochujang until well combined.
   
2. **Marinate the Ribs:** Place the short ribs in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

3. **Preheat the Grill:** Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.

4. **Grill the Ribs:** Remove the ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Grill the ribs the cook time depends on size and type of ribs check yours for desired doneness.

5. **Serve:** Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
