Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground mix (50/50 beef and pork)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Ray Ray's Garlic and Herb
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions::
1. **Preheat the Oven:** Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. **Mix Ingredients:** In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, and Ray Ray's seasoning. Mix until well combined.
3. **Form Meatballs:** Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. **Bake:** Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
5. **Serve:** Serve the meatballs hot with marinara sauce over pasta or in a sub sandwich.
