Ray Ray's Pork Chops

**Ingredients:**
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ray Rays Signature Everything
- Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or rosemary) for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with your signature everything seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
5. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
