1 Cup RayRay's Saucy Sauce- Link or 1 can/ tube of tomato paste

1lb Italian Sausage

2 Cups Mozella Cheese

1 Jar- Roasted Red Peppers (can be found by pasta and pasta sauces)

1 Yellow Onion- Diced

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Cup Mushrooms (optional)

Cooking Instructions
This is an amazing lasagna ANYONE can make it is FAST and completely bursting with flavor!! Start by boiling your noodles in salty water.  The water should taste like the ocean, so make sure you season well!  Once cooked, drain and set aside for layering.
If you have Saucy-Sauce already then use that.  If you don't then in a separate sauce pan add one tube/can of tomato paste and add Ray Ray's Garlic and Herb to taste, I recommend about 1 tablespoon.
Time for the filling!  In a medium pan bring that bad boy up to temp over medium-high heat.  Once hot, add your Italian Sausage and give that a nice sear breaking apart constantly, we want this to be fully broken down into little crumbles.  Remove from the pan and drain, but keep that pan we want that flavor.
Add to the pan 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 diced onion, 2 cloves of garlic either minced or crushed in a garlic press and 1 jar of roasted red peppers diced.  Cook all this thoroughly and season with Ray Ray's Garlic and Herbs, you don't need much maybe a shake or two is all.
Okay now add all your Italian Sausage back and add in your Saucy-Sauce to the desired consistency.  I prefer my lasagna more tight so I don't add too much sauce, maybe a cup.  Mix everything well.
In a pan grease the bottom and add a little of the sauce so the bottom noodles don't stick.  Layer noodles and sauce until you have as many layers as you like, the top layer is where we will add our cheese and bake until the cheese on top has a nice golden color.
