Ingredients:
1lb Petite Red Potatoes
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 Bunch of Green Onion
Parsley for garnish (optional)
Incredible easy to make and simply packed full of flavor! Start off by preheated your oven to 425° and bringing a large pot to boil with salty water. You want this as salty as the ocean for max flavor!
Take your potatoes and either cut them into halves or quarters. I prefer quarters but which ever you choose please be careful! Once your water is up to a boil you'll carefully place the potatoes into the water and boil for about 15 minutes,
Remove from water and drain. Place the drained potatoes into a greased baking pan and add the butter. You can cut the butter into cubes and place then around the pan evenly. Season generously with RayRay's Garlic and Herbs, carefully place in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
