The Best Steak

Ingredients:

Ribeye, at least 1.5 inches thick

4 Tbsp. Butter

4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 gloves garlic cut into quarters

Ray Ray's Steak

 

Instructions:

Season your steaks on both sides with Ray Ray's Steak and get a large pan nice and hot.  Add in your olive oil and it may look like a lot but that is okay we'll need the oil.  Carefully add your steaks to the pan laying away from you.  Cooking for 2 minutes on both sides before flipping back to the original side.  Add your butter and garlic to the pan.

Baste the butter over the steak for another minute or until the steak is 125° and remove from the pan to rest for the same amount of time you cooked it, 7 min.  We recommend to serve with Ray Ray's Roasted Potatoes.  Serve and enjoy!
